Eat well before going on tour and do your bathroom business, take with you 2 pairs of handwarmers and also water on board. You never know how far you will go and you should always be prepared for extreme weather conditions. Don't wear a lot of clothes while you are sitting on the van, try not to sweat and keep your body dry. Moisture will attract cold and you will get sick fast if you don't take care of yourself.
